A Message From Our President
I was fortunate to build relationships and make friends with some terrific colleagues early in my career. Because I entered aviation during the recession, I watched the industry change by the day and learned the ins and outs of private charter fast. That reputation let me work as an aviation consultant and keep pace with how quickly the business was moving.
As the economy turned, brokerages opened and closed almost overnight, and air carriers seemed to be buying and selling their operating certificates. My clients kept sharing the same stories: flyers overcharged, aircraft bait-and-switched, inexperienced pilots, and salespeople who left them underwhelmed. Too many of those brokers cared only about price and their own margin, and disregarded safety and the quality of the flight. This is an industry full of high-turnover salespeople who do not understand aircraft or how operators actually work, and many of them were in business one day and gone the next.
Those practices hurt the honest professionals taking the responsible, advisory approach of arranging a safe, competitive charter. I founded this firm to do the opposite. I want private flyers to be safe, well looked after, and treated the way they deserve.
