Van Nuys is the busiest private aviation field in the region and the one most productions default to, and Hollywood Burbank sits minutes from the studios. Both keep operations on the general aviation side, away from the commercial terminals. Timing is the other constraint. Van Nuys restricts departures by noisier jets overnight, roughly 10 PM to 7 AM, which is worth knowing when an event runs late and the plan was to leave the same night. Hollywood Burbank keeps a voluntary night curfew, but charter flights are not bound by it. On the biggest event weekends, airport slots and ramp parking get committed early, so your advisor works to secure those as part of arranging the flight, subject to scheduling and aircraft availability.
