We are upfront with our clients: we do not own a fleet, and we do not operate aircraft as a direct or indirect air carrier.
Because we are not covering the cost of owning, operating, or managing aircraft, our job is straightforward. We locate safe, well-matched aircraft for your trip at a competitive price. That independence lets us work our approved network of operators to find aircraft that may be repositioning, or already near you and ready to fly, often at a lower hourly rate.
Every charter a broker arranges is operated by a FAR Part 135 or Part 121 air carrier, or the foreign equivalent on international flights. FAR Part 135 is the FAA’s set of rules for on-demand, for-hire charter; it carries stricter operating, crew, and insurance requirements than FAR Part 91, the rules for private, non-commercial flying that cannot be sold as charter. That certificated operator keeps full operational control of the flight at all times. In plain terms, the operator flies the aircraft and is responsible for it, and we arrange the trip as your agent. Every operator we work with meets FAA safety requirements, or the equivalent standard where the flight operates internationally.
When we arrange a flight, honesty and transparency come first. Once your trip is booked, we want you to know who is operating it, why we selected that operator, and the tail number of the aircraft.
