The Citation Hemisphere is a Los Angeles charter inquiry we cannot fill, and it is worth being direct about why. Cessna suspended the program in 2018 over engine delays and the aircraft has never flown, never been certified and never been delivered. There is no Hemisphere to charter, here or anywhere.
Textron announced the Citation Hemisphere as a large-cabin business jet with a 102-inch cabin, a targeted 4,500 nautical miles of range and a targeted cruise near Mach 0.90. Development was paused in April 2018 because of delays to the Safran Silvercrest engine and the program remains officially on hold. Every figure published for it is a design target, not a certified specification. Every Cessna Citation Hemisphere we arrange flies with an operator certificated under FAR Part 135, the FAA rules for on-demand, for-hire charter.

The figures on this page are Textron’s last published targets, kept for reference because the aircraft is still widely listed and still asked about. Treat them as a design brief rather than as performance you could book.
If you came here looking for a large-cabin jet with roughly that cabin width and that kind of range out of Los Angeles, the aircraft that actually exist are the Bombardier Challenger 650, the Dassault Falcon 900LX and the Gulfstream IV. All three are in service and all three are on this site with real rates.
